    • About Me

    My name is Alan Bore and I am an experienced psychotherapist with 15 years in private practice and managing therapy teams in statutory services. I am committed to providing psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

    I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

    My most recent position was the Clinical Director at Life Works Community in Old Woking. Life Works Community a behavioural health facility treating compulsive and addictive disorders. I have a particular interest in treating sexual compulsivity, relationship issues and eating disorders. My Current position is the Operations Director of The Surrey Centre for Eating Disorders.

    I have an MA in Couselling and Psychotherapy, BA (Hons), Dipl Psych in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and my governing body is the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
